OK, I've pretty much sided with Patch on most of the recent criticism there has been about the stories being marshmallowy or lacking substance, because that can often be the case with local/neighborhood news. Not all of it is gonna be stuff you are gonna see on CNN and thats a good thing.

But this here is straight up advertising, how much did Coldwell Banker pay you guys to run this "story"? Even if it is categorized as local connections, real estate, its still being shown as the headline story that pops up when I come to the front page, not like its buried on a classified you have to click. Not very cool in my opinion.
