Two Nabbed for Robbing Ross 7-Eleven
The convenience store on Thompson Run Road was robbed Nov. 30.
Two men have been charged in the robbery of the 7-Eleven at 333 Thompson Run Road Nov. 30.
Ross Township Police arrested Stefan Edward Drzemiecki, 21, of Mt. Troy Road and Dante Pagliarulo, 21, of South Highland Avenue, on Dec. 17.
The men have each been charged with felony robbery and criminal conspiracy, police said. If convicted, they could spend time in prison.
Police allege that the men used an air-soft rifle to acquire an undisclosed amoung cash and scratch-off lottery tickets during the robbery, which took place in the early morning hours of Nov. 30.
The store is open 24 hours. One employee was in the store at the time. He was not injured.
Drzemiecki was arrested Dec. 9 and arraigned Dec. 10. Pagliarulo was arrested and arraigned Dec. 13. Both are scehduled for preliminary hearings before Magisterial Judge Richard Opiela Wednesday, Dec. 21.
Drzemiecki was released Dec. 10 from the Allegheny County Jail on a $10,000 secured bond, according to court records.
Pagliarulo remained in Allegheny County Jail as of Dec. 13 with a $25,000 bond set, according to court records.
