Update: Enhanced Photos, Video of Ross Restaurant Burglary

Police are looking for two suspects in a break-in early Friday morning.

Ross Township police are searching for two men wanted for breaking through the rear door of Kretzler's Tavern at 2240 Babcock Boulevard early Friday morning and making off with a small safe.

Part of the crime was caught on tape.

"They removed a small floor safe with an undetermined amount of money," Det. Brian Kohlhepp said. "They then fled the area in a non-descript four-door car."

In the surveillance video, it appears one of the suspects knew of the camera's existence because he quickly covers his accomplice's face immediately after he turns toward the camera.

Anyone with any information about the break-in is asked to call Ross police at 412-931-9070.

I again watched the video, and noticed that when Dumb and Dumber walk in, the bigger guy looks at the camera and quickly covers his face. If the police could isolate that moment, we might have a better chance of recognition. Maybe a side by side picture comparison of the Dynamic Duo?

If one of the suspect knew about the camera, the circle of suspects should be very narrow.

yeah they obviously knew the camera was there beforehand, so its someone who previously has access to that back room. Inside current or ex-employee job.

No doubt in my mind that it was a former employee or an employee that gave his buddies the information they needed to do the job. Don't worry they will be caught.
