West View Hosts Memorial Day Parade
Dozens lined parade route to applaud veterans.
Under bright skies and with temperatures well into the 80's, West View borough held its annual Memorial Day parade this morning.
It is hosted every year by the West View VFW, Post 2574. The parade stepped off at 10 a.m. at the intersection of Highland Avenue and Perry highway, and ended with a memorial service at the VFW Post, at 386 Perry Highway.
This year's parade featured volunteer fire companies, the North Hills High school marching band, Girl Scout troops, Veterans Association color guards, cheerleaders and more.
We hope you enjoy our picture montages of the parade and memorial service.
