Where Did You Buy Your Big Bird for Thanksgiving's Turkey Dinner?

Some cooks like a certain brand names, others go organic. What do you do?

What makes your Thanksgiving meal soar from so-so to super?

Is choosing the perfect turkey—the centerpiece of the traditional Thanksgiving dinner—an art form or a stroke of luck?

Do you choose the same brand every year? Shop at the same market? Go organic? What about your side dishes? Do you shop at the closest grocery store or go to a local farm?

Please tell us in the comments how your Thanksgiving meal turned out—what worked (and what did not). Also, we're curious where you shopped and why you chose that spot to shop.

Please take our poll and tell us about your Thanksgiving experience in the comments.
