That's McKnight Road where it intersects with Babcock Blvd.

I thought it was further out along McKnight, where the new Lowe's and LA Fitness is located.

According to a post in the Ross Township Historical Society's Facebook Page (Created by John Schalcosky, President) "Completion of Section 3 of the four lane McKnight Road (1940) looking north in McCandless Township, Allegheny County, PA. Peebles Road is on right. Directional signs pointing north to North Park, Mars and Valencia (via Babcock Boulevard). The Catholic Institute of Pittsburgh on Perrymont Road is located in upper left corner of photo. Vincentian High School is currently located on right of photo."
