RADical Days Are Back Again!

If you’re a family on a tight budget, you know all too well how cost prohibitive a family outing in Pittsburgh can be.

The Allegheny Regional Asset District (RAD) sponsors free admission to many local places of interest during RADical Days. The purpose is to promote the cultural assets of our region.

Now in its 11th year, RADical Days begins Sept. 20 and runs through Oct. 13. During this time frame, 43 free admission events will be offered.

Be sure to pay close attention to the dates and times for each offer. You can get the scoop and view the complete schedule at Radworkshere.org. Or simply text RAD to SMASH (76274) for mobile updates.

There is something for everyone during RADical Days—museums, sports facilities, the arts and more are opening their doors to you!

Take advantage of the opportunity to get out and explore Pittsburgh with your family!

Dear -------
Like thousands (maybe millions) of JackieFans I read your Posts regularly.
Since Jackie Evancho is the greatest thing to come out of the Pittsburgh area in the recent century, May I suggest your "paper" start up a regular article. We thousands of JackieFans around the world would look forward to checking the Patch daily and finding some tidbit about Jackie. There is a world of information on Amazon Discussion, JEFC - the official fan club, and any number of Facebook Fan sites. Though you would undoubtedly be repeating things some JackieFans would have already seen, It would be great to have a place on which we could always count, (a base we could all count on). There are several JackieFans who could write and even Jackie her self might like to contribute occasional. I shall watch for a picture of Jackie and know that following would be some information on the Princess of Pittsburgh. Dr Brown
