Improving Lower Back health

Certified personal fitness trainer Ryan Lingenfelser will discuss the causes of lower back pain, the treatments available and the role of posture and exercise in improving problems and manitaining good lower back health. It is a two-part presentaton:

Thursday, February 14 - Part One: Using proper exercise to correct problems that stem from poor posture.

Thursday, February 21 - Part Two: Effective and safe exercise routines for all levels of fitness and ability.

Northland Library serves Ross Township as well as the communities of Bradford Woods, Franklin Park, Marshall and McCandless. It is both a municipal authority and a non-profit and is governed by a seven-member board made of members from each of the funding municipalities. All residents of Allegheny County are able to borrow from the library.
