At any given time, there are vacant storefronts in Ross Township. Below is a list of five currently unoccupied buildings, along with a brief history and leasing or sale information.

7500 McKnight Road had been home to a Valvoline instant oil change center for many years, after the company bought the property in 1991. According to the Allegheny County real estate web site, the building and 18,230 square foot lot are worth $328,900. The property is currently on the market for $325,000 and is listed by CB Richard Ellis. 

7504 McKnight Road is the former, longtime home of McKnight generator/alternator service, and more recently Pittsburgh Custom Wheelz. According to the Allegheny County Real estate web site, the building and 9,750 square foot lot are worth $289,000. It available for lease through Langholz Wilson Ellis.

7777 McKnight Road is the former home of Mr. Butcher, which closed earlier this year. It is located at the end of the same building which houses Adam and Eve and ACE Cash Express. Call 724-612-0002 for leasing information.

7707 McKnight Road is the former home of an A-T&T Wireless store. The nearly 12,000 sq. foot lot and building are valued at $339,600 according to the Allegheny County real estate web site. It available for lease through Lanholz Wilson Ellis

3123 Babcock Boulevard had been the home of Mitchell's Homemade Ice cream, and a self-serve car wash. It has been vacant for several years and is not currently listed for sale or lease. The one acre lot and building are valued at $231,000 according to the Allegheny county real estate web site.
