Gardenia is a very sweet 8-year-old hound mix. She's a wonderful, gentle and calm girl. She can be shy at first but she definitely warms up to people very quickly. With positive reinforcement and a lot of love, Gardenia could be the perfect companion. She could even live with another dog, as she is quietly comfortable around other dogs!
Our Gardenia is on a medication called Proin to control her urinary incontinence issues. We've seen great improvement in her condition but she would need to go to a home that can work with her.
We would not recommend her go to a home with cats, or small children, as she can get overwhelmed easily. This special girl needs a quiet, loving home.. could that home be yours?
