Ross Park Mall to Offer Dr. Seuss Reading, Crafts and Cat in the Hat Visit

The Saturday event at center court will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the publication of "And to Think I Saw it on Mulberry Street."

There will be a special event celebrating the 75th anniversary of Theodor Seuss Geisel’s first published children’s book, And To Think That I Saw it on Mulberry Street, Saturday at the .

From noon until 2 p.m., children can listen to a reading of the book, decorate Mulberry Street bookmarks and Dr. Seuss-inspired crowns and tiaras, create And To Think That I Saw it on Mulberry Street booklets and have their photos taken in front of a Mulberry Street-themed backdrop featuring a variety of children’s favorite Dr. Seuss characters.

Families might also have the chance to interact and snap a photo with the cheerful event VIP, The Cat In The Hat.
