What Are You Thankful For? Show Us With a Picture

Share what you’re thankful for this holiday season with Patch readers.

At Thanksgiving gatherings throughout Ross Township and West View, the question is invariably asked and answered, what are you thankful for?

So what's your answer? Your family? Your friends? The community you live in? Share your story of gratitude with our readers in the comment section below.

Let me get things started.

For my wife and I, the first answer is always our three sons, pictured above. We couldn't be luckier to have them in our lives. I'm also grateful that they granted me permission to post this picture from our oldest son's graduation last year from Penn State. (Trust me, they aren't always this loving with one another).

I’m thankful for many other things, including you, our readers. We appreciate that you read this site and that you care enough to comment on it and send us story ideas. Without you, there wouldn’t be a North Hills Patch, so thank you!

What about you? Submit your stories in the comment section below, and if you like, upload a picture showing everyone who or what you are thankful for this holiday season.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I am thankful for my skills as a photographer, also I am thankful for the fact the clients/freelance employment employers put their trust and faith in me to do the job and be happy with the results. I am thankful for my friends and colleagues that believed in me and never doubted me for a second. Mostly, I'm thankful that I even have the opportunity to express what I'm thankful for...some people aren't as fortunate to even have the simple things, like a roof over their head, hot food and a warm bath.
