Where in the North Hills Patch?

Can you identify this Ross Township or West View location from a picture taken years ago?

How well do you know the Ross Township and West View area? Can you name the location in the picture to the right? Click on the photo is you want to take a closer look.  

The picture, courtesy of the West View Historical Society, was taken decades ago, however the building is still standing!

The building at the corner of Route 19 and Park is the correct answer, you folks are getting harder and harder to stump!
