Former McKnight Pharmacy Site Getting Facelift

Ross Planning Commission approves facade restoration for building that formerly housed Berkeley Hills Pharmacy.

In an attempt to attract new tenants, developers are planning a major makeover of the currently vacant building at 4870 McKnight Road.

The Ross Planning Commission has approved installation of an external insulated facade system (EIFS) for the building located at McKnight at Siebert Roads. At one time, it housed the Berkeley Hills Pharamacy and a mattress store.

The property is being redeveloped by the real estate brokerage firm CB Richard Ellis. According to an online real estate listing, the Shoppes at McKnight-Siebert offers a 9,656 square foot retail space which can be subdivided to meet a tenant's needs.
