First City Company, which manages the West View Park Shopping Center, has filed a claim against Women Only Workouts for $7,349.37, according to court documents.

A hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. March 19 before West View Magisterial District Judge Richard G. Opiela.

The gym moved to its location in the southeast corner of West View Park Plaza, on the first floor of the Community Primary Care of West View, after several years at 153 Perry Highway. In that location, it operated as Bodies R Us.

"My former landlord raised the rent, and I had no choice but to move or go out of business," owner Lisa Brown said in July. (Editor's note: Brown contacted Patch on March 16 to say she was no longer associated with the gym).
