Shipping & Receiving Clerk, Millwood Incorporated
We are currently accepting applications for the position of Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our 2nd shift team (afternoons).
Responsibilities include: 

• Perform receiving, delivery, and shipping functions in the shipping and receiving office
• Make decisions regarding trailer movements in docks and yards, order completion, and timelines
• Dispatching of Truck Drivers
• Inspect order and delivery paperwork for accuracy
• Work on scheduling of deliveries and pick ups with sales and outside vendors
• Maintain spreadsheet on inventory
• Enter data of shipments and deliveries
• Answers phone, filing
• Assist plant administrator with reporting and shipment planning

Teller-Cash Vault Services - Second Shift - GardaWorld Cash Services
Cash Vault Tellers are responsible for the accurate and timely verification of customer deposits and orders.  This includes the counting of currency, coin, and checks, the packing of customer change orders, entering transactions into the computer, and balancing funds processed each day. Tellers are also required to prepare daily paperwork according to branch procedures.

Expense Report Analyst - Kforce Finance and Accounting
Responsibilities: Kforce is seeking an Expense Report Analyst to work in the Pittsburgh Area. This position is with a Fortune 500 Company on a longer term contract. The position will require experience processing expense reports within the Concur system as well as resolving issues with users. Experience auditing expense reports would be a plus. • The positions involve monitoring and operating different types of plastic production equipment including extruders, lay-up assembly and laminators.
• Operators will be responsible for operating the equipment, making size adjustments, documentation, have a sense of urgency, able to work in a fast paced environment and able to meet daily production goals.
• Be able to inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions and use measuring equipment for size, thickness, etc.
• Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or process standards.
• Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
