Ever since Tuff Sheds moved out more than a year ago, the building at 7975 McKnight Road in has been vacant.

The 22,564 square foot lot is tucked into the hillside, below the . Years ago, a gas station had been located there.

According to the Allegheny County real estate web site, the building and lot are valued at $250,000. It is owned by Frank J. Demor and is currently for lease through Ruby Realty Company.
