PennDOT Closes Sutter Road in Ross and Shaler
Detour signs will be posted to guide drivers during the work.
Sutter Road (Route 4018) in Ross Township and Shaler will be closed to traffic on Wednesday, May 15.
PennDOT said crews will be patching a pipe trench across the roadway between Amity Drive and Clare Street. The closing will occur from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday. (click on view larger map for exact location.)

- From Sutter Road, turn right onto Greenfield Road
- Turn left onto Albine Drive
- Albine Drive becomes Sundale Drive
- Sundale Drive becomes Albine Drive again
- Continue on Albine Drive
- Left turn onto Blaze Drive
- Left turn onto Amity Drive
- Follow Amity Drive to Sutter Road
- End detour
From west
- Follow same detour in opposite direction
