Who is your favorite mystery writer? Do you enjoy reading mysteries and discussing them with others? If so, join us to talk about Elmore Leonard’s City Primeval: High Noon in Detroit. Leonard was a novelist and screenwriter who specialized in crime fiction and suspense thrillers. Many of his works were adapted for the movies. City Primeval, written in the 1980’s is set in Detroit with all of its gritty characters and hard-working detectives who are determined to see justice done in the latest murder committed by a killer who dares them to find the evidence.
