As a realtor, I keep telling people if you are considering selling your home, now is the time!  Why?  Inventory is down.  Which means if you have a good house to sell, you have limited competition and as long as you price it right, it should sell quickly.  Last weekend I wrote 2 offers on 2 separate properties.  My clients got the winning bid but both sold over list price!  Attached article is from CNBC via realtor.org explaing the shortage of homes for sale.
