The Rev. James L. "OMAR" Armstrong
Armstrong was the Chaplin of the N.H.L. Officials and a sports official in the Pittsburgh area.
The Rev. James L. "OMAR" Armstrong, of Ross, died Thursday, May 3, 2012.
He is the son of the late Joseph and Margaret (Cleary) Armstrong; brother of Joseph S. Armstrong III, and Jeffrey A. Armstrong (Linda); uncle of Robert and Nicole Armstrong.
Friends received 6-8 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at , 806 Perry Hwy. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday in St. Peter's Church, Northside.
