Holland said police are looking into the possibility that a burglary, in the 100 block of Columbia Avenue, might be related. In that incident, someone broke a front window in the house, entered and took three flat-screen televisions, a laptop computer and a checkbook.

In the weekend incidents, entrance to the homes was gained through windows.
