Now neighbors are pitching in to help. Within days of the fire, the three boys who attend West View Elementary, and their sister, a student at North Hills Junior High School, had plenty of donated clothing.

"What the family really needs now are household goods," said neighbor Marianne Uechi who helping collect donations. "Kitchen utensils, small appliances, bedding, or Giant Eagle gift cards, anything like that would really help."
