Police Locate Missing 11-Year-Old Boy

Vernon Clay of the North Side was last seen Thursday afternoon. Police find him this afternoon after mounting a search.

Pittsburgh police said they have located a missing 11-year-old boy. 

Vernon Clay was last seen Thursday at 5:30 p.m. when he left his home on Marshall Avenue. Police asked for the public's help in locating him earlier Friday.

At that time, police said they believed Vernon was in a North Side neighborhood or in Castle Shannon. At 5:15 p.m., police said they had located him unharmed.
