What's Closed

Ross Township offices  and West View Borough offices, and the Ross Municipal Center  will be closed Tuesday, as well Northland Public Library .

State offices, state liquor stores, and Pennsylvania drivers' license and photo centers will be closed. Post offices will be closed and there will be no mail delivery.

Allegheny county offices and courts will be closed, along with federal offices and courthouses.

The Port Authority of Allegheny County on Tuesday will operate all bus, light-rail and incline service on a holiday schedule. PAT's Customer Service phone line will be open on holiday hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
