Northway Mall Owner Also Seeking Tenants for Former McCrackin Property on McKnight Road

Levey & Company own 38 acres of real estate in Ross Township, much of it along McKnight Road.

Before it purchased the Northway Mall in December, Akron based Levey & Company had another big piece of McKnight Road Real Estate to develop.

The company also purchased the site of the former McCrackin Ford dealership at 7209 McKnight Road for $5.2-million in March.

Added together, the McCrackin site, the Northway Mall, and the , amount to 38 acres, most of it along McKnight Road.

"We've talked to a lot of potential candidates about the McCrackin site," said Gary G. O'Nesti, special projects manager for Levey & Company. "It's a great location, I think the community will be very pleased with what ultimately develops there."

O'Nesti said finding tenants for all of its Ross locations is a simultaneous process.

"We have heard from potential tenants who have expressed an interest in both locations," he said. "Our job is to find out what works best for our tenants, and for the Ross community."
