North Hills Warns of Possible Scam Targeting Parents of High School Students

The school district offers free PSSA, PSAT and SAT preparation classes and is not affiliated with any company offering classes for a fee.

The North Hills School District has been informed of a possible phone scam in which the perpetrator claims an affiliation with North Hills and/or a common high school standardized test such as the PSSA, PSAT or SAT.

The person who made the report is the parent of a 10th-grade student. The caller attempts to sell test preparation material and wants a credit card or debit card number.

North Hills offers free opportunities for students to improve their SAT and ACT results, including an offer of classes during the school day and/or an online study course.
