Last year's game helped to raise almost $800 for the North Hills Hockey Club Skills Development Program. Since that game and due to additional fundraising efforts, the developmental program has been able to drop its fees from $490 in 2009 to $200 for 2011.

And, because of the support, the size of the program has tripled from 12 to 37 participants.
