Every MAN wants to be a PRETTY BOY!

It's a women's world, but men need a little TLC when it comes to their skin too!

Men come to me so often, in confidence, with concerns about taking care of their skin and preventing the natural aging process that we all go though.  Well  it's time to quit being embarrassed about and shout from the roof tops "I WANT PRETTY SKIN TOO!!!!!"

Ok, So....thats not going to happen, but I'm here to give all you men out there a super easy  skin care regime that will leave your skin feeling fresh, youthful and firm with out taking a hit to your ego!

Cleanse, treat, hydrate and protect.   Four simple steps in the morning, three at night and you will be looking younger by the day.

  • First step is to cleanse your skin, we need to start with a clean palate, therefore everything we put on will soak into the live layer of skin where cologne and elastin fibers are produced.
  • Second step is to treat your skin with an antioxidant or serum specified for your concerns. This step is what protects our skin from free radicals and damaging environmental properties that we face every day, while also addressing  fine lines, hyper pigmenting, or other concerns you may be having.
  •  Third step (and final for your evening routine) is to hydrate!  Depending on your skin type and concerns you have,  hydrating is one of the most important steps to keeping a plump, youthful skin.   And of course, if you've read any of my blogs before, lastly...SPF is a MUST!  Prevention from  UltraViolet rays is pertinent when dealing with anti aging issues!  Nothing lower then a 25 SPF should be used DAILY to keep you looking good!  It's as simple as that, in the evening repeat steps 1-3 and you will be set!
