6200 Babcock Boulevard is a 6500 square foot building that sits slightly above the beleaguered Northway mall in Pittsburghs North hills.
It is split in three major sections, each section currently has tenants that coordinate with my consulting practice.
The tenants consist of a real estate attorney, a divorce attorney and a bankruptcy attorney. There is a cluster of realtors under a ReMax franchise banner. A financial planner I have known for years has plied her trade here.  The building also houses a lending operation, an accounting firm, along with my own personal practice components.
The building once housed the United States Post Office for Ross Township and surroundings.
Once the flow of mail surged a new massive postal  building was constructed in the heart of the Ross business area on McKnight Road.

The attraction at the outset of my relationship with this building was the excessive volume of traffic that passed all around it. Everyone affiliated with the building hoped that the traffic would convert into multiple client relationships. For me, it would ultimately lead to capturing a steady rental flow as a component of my ultimate retirement. In 2006, I was coming out of a personal financial crisis caused by an incessant string of frivolous lawsuits. My perception was frivolity, those opposing me legally thought otherwise. Regardless, I had been required to spend large sums of money to defend my name and integrity.
I am one of the most blessed men on this planet. I have been blessed with ability to navigate through turbulent times. So, when the building became available I coordinated a group of investors to buy into a Real Estate LLC called 6200 Babcock Boulevard . The goal was to finish righting my personal financial ship. I would complete the purchase of the building back from the investors, paying them for the mezzanine financing.  The plan was for the investors to purchase the building and ultimately sell it to me being paid for the use of their money and their kindness in helping me get away from the fallout of the lawsuits.
That is how this adventure got started...
