Frank's Pizza & Chicken has been serving the Pittsburgh North Hills area for 40 years. Their pizza dough and sauce are made fresh daily. They are famous for their broasted chicken, which is lightly breaded in a special marinated seasoning then deep fried under pressure. No trans fat is used and Frank's special process cooks the chicken with 40 to 70 percent less fat than a traditional deep frying method. A large variety of ice cream is also available.

Everyone around raved about this place opening a new location. I thought maybe Millvale had a special little secret. I have tried it several times thinking maybe it was an off day, Well each time must be an off day. They are overpriced, quality is not great and the taste isn't anything to write home about.. I think you can get chicken at one of our local grocery stores that would be comparable. I noticed when they offer coupons they have been the same price offered on the menu.
