Established in 1920, the Highland Country Club has a long, rich history. The land was once owned by William Penn. In 1919, Highland purchased the property, and construction began on the 18-hole golf course. The course is very challenging, with steep grades and narrow fairways. The country club has a renovated club house, a large swimming pool, restaurant, tennis courts and facilities for meetings and weddings. While it's a members-only establishment, the Reel House Restaurant is open to the public.
