I decided to finally write a review on this place after the continuous bad service, tonight just upset me enough to do so. i have lived across the street from this mcdonalds for a bit over a year, only eating there about 5 times during that period due to the bad service i've experienced. I've use the drive through there as a last resort due to other places not being open at night, 3 of the times i've went through drive through late at night we've sat at the speaker and no one would respond when they clearly were open. we waited for 15 minutes until finally an employee says "We're not serving right now" and nothing else. the other 2 times no response at all.
Tonight at 10:03 i called this store, and asked if they were still taking walk-ins right now (because no where else around was open) The employee said yes they are and to come on in. I walk and make it there by 10:13. Doors locked. Employees inside in plain site walking around. Things like this just really bother me and i think someone needs to take a look at the staff here cause i've never dealt with a worse place then this. :/
Went the other night and there was a full on complete party with trash bags, old cake and filth just left out in the play area. We ordered food that the employee knew the machine was broken and was not told it was going to be improperly prepared. Management take it from a business owner..fire the whole crew and start over. The kids that you employ need to stop ruining your business.
